This position is integral in helping create the best environment in the FCN Residence to support the well-being and development of our young people as a part of our Human First-strategy.

This person should be a compassionate individual who can structure and enhance the daily lives of the over 30 young individuals (ages 14-19) who live at FCN Residence.

They must create a safe space where individuals can thrive, becoming an integral part of the daily lives of the best academy in Denmark.
