• Develop and coach players in alignment with the club's playing style principles and values
• Plan, prepare, implement, and evaluate training sessions based on a 6-week tactical and technical periodization plan.
• Lead the staff and players on and off the field, fostering team spirit, dedication, and joy in training.
• Manage the cultural and social environment of the U19 team, ensuring individual well-being and group cohesion.
• Collaborate with specialists and staff to optimize individual player development.
• Conduct ongoing development meetings with players and follow up on their individual plans and progress.
• Plan and communicate weekly training schedules, pre-training meetings, and reflective sessions with players and staff.
• Record, analyze, and archive training sessions and matches using tools like Hudl.
• Lead match day preparations, including opposition analysis, tactical planning, and set pieces.
• Support player transitions to the first team by coordinating meetings, development plans, and post-national team activity follow-ups.
